Operator and scope

Tebook is operated by High Square Inc. This policy covers tebook.net accounts, picture-book creation, storage, narration and publishing, and Tebook tools connected through ChatGPT. The service is intended for creators age 18 or older in South Korea and the United States.

Data we process

Tebook does not automatically access your entire ChatGPT conversation history. Connected tools receive only the tool arguments and files the host supplies for the action you request.

• Book, language, narration, character and bookshelf preferences
• Character descriptions, manuscripts, scene directions, approvals and production progress
• Generated illustrations and revisions, completed images and narration audio
• Limited support, security and troubleshooting records

Photos and generated images

In the current flow, original photos remain in ChatGPT and are not sent to Tebook. Illustrations generated in ChatGPT are stored by Tebook when you ask to save them.

Original photos from earlier workflows may remain. You may include them in a deletion request.

Purposes and providers

We process data to authenticate accounts, create and store books, generate narration, provide user-requested sharing, support users, troubleshoot errors and protect the service. Authorized operators access data only when necessary for these purposes.

Supabase provides database, authentication and file storage; Vercel provides hosting. Book text is sent to Google Gemini TTS to create narration, and the resulting audio is stored with the book. Provider logs and backups follow each provider’s policies and operations.

YouTube upload (YouTube API Services)

The "Upload to YouTube" feature in the video tab uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) also applies.

When you authorize with your Google account, Tebook requests only the video upload permission (youtube.upload). It is used only to upload the video you made to the channel you choose and to set that video’s thumbnail. Tebook does not read your channel’s other videos, comments, subscribers or watch history.

The video is rendered on your device (in the browser) and uploaded directly to YouTube. Tebook’s servers do not store the video file, your Google access token or your YouTube account data. The access token lives only in browser memory for the session and is discarded when you close the page.

You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Tebook’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and publishing

Active-account data is kept while you use the service or until you request deletion. Support emails, debug files and recovery backups held by the operator are deleted within 30 days after the related support, error or recovery case is completed. This is an operator handling standard, not a claim of an automated deletion schedule. Logs and backups independently created by service providers follow their own policies and are not covered by this 30-day commitment. Private image references use authenticated access or expiring signed URLs. Anyone holding a signed URL may use it while it remains valid, so do not share it.

Publishing exposes the active edition at a reading link. “Share by reading link only” still means anyone with the link can read without signing in. Choosing the public catalog option also lists the book publicly. Unpublishing disables Tebook’s reading link, but cannot recall copies that were already downloaded or cached.

Deletion and contact

From your registered email, write to support@highsquareinc.com and identify the account, photo, book, image versions or narration audio you want deleted. After verifying the requester and material, the operator processes the request manually within 30 days.

Use the same address for privacy or service questions. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
